Our specialists are guided by feasibility studies, technical / economic simulations of the investment, verification of the idea and assessment of the impact in the overall economy of the Company. Our technical staff carry out basic and detailed engineering, making use of the great experience (also practical) acquired "in the field" and with the most modern technologies. We support the customer in finding the best technical solution for the construction of the plant.
Of considerable importance within the company is the activity carried out by the technical office which, in addition to the coordination of the works and planning, is able to guarantee a competent consultancy to the Customer and a strong propensity to "problem solving". We believe it is essential not only to provide the customer with the construction of new plants but to ensure adequate assistance over time. The company has resources that have gained a long experience in managing the typical challenges of plants in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food sectors and are able to interact with the customer to acquire the functional and operational needs of the systems and transform them into Functional Specifications.
The issuance of this documentation allows us to facilitate the transition from requirements to operational programs, as we have implemented a compilation structure that is reflected in appropriately structured software modules.
Cattaneo Impianti develops, in compliance with the international standards and guidelines of the sector, industrial automation solutions (process control and supervision) based on PLC, HMI, SCADA or DCS, on local or distributed field bus and network architectures, up to the integration with the ERP, BI and MES plant systems and the development of dedicated applications based on web technologies. The internal engineering team carries out the requirements analysis, design, development, commissioning and start-up activities, following the customer throughout the life cycle of the system, from the feasibility study to the commissioning of the plant and/or machinery.
Cattaneo Impianti incorporates a structure dedicated to the verification, certification and calibration of process equipment. Calibration equipment is constantly checked at SIT Centers. All the technical procedures are applied and there is a workshop equipped for the reconditioning and testing of the control and safety valves. Cattaneo Impianti is able to follow and guide the Customer in the validation procedures of its production process.
"Lean Global Service" is an ad hoc maintenance plan, tailored to each customer. It is a "light" Global Service contract, with certain and predetermined costs, which offers to safely manage internal maintenance, allowing the technical and operational personnel of Cattaneo Impianti to carry out all the necessary steps for the customer's maintenance requirements both at the plant and from a regulatory perspective.
